Some new images from the upcoming film The Wolverine have been released and there appears to be good news for fans of the character. In one of the images Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) has blood on his claws. Now this does not necessarily mean that the film will be a blood bath but it is something which has been missing since X-Men came along in 2000.
This fact does not make the film any better, or worse but it will make it more visually appealing. There is no announcement on the rating of the films as of yet but more should be revealed next week when the first trailer for the film is released.
The Wolverine is one of the most anticipated films of the year and, I for one hope that it is more of a Marvel Knights production as it would be interesting to see a Wolverine film with some violence. Until there is more information released about a rating though this is all speculation which hopefully the trailer can answer a few questions.
